1. Where are you located and what hours are you open?
Our address is Shop 2/30-32 Mcadam Square, Croydon. We are located upstairs, in the shopping mall. There is plenty of parking available at Macadam Square.

Unfortunately, our store may not be accessible to everyone as it is upstairs with no lift access.
But if this makes it difficult for you to visit, we are happy to set up a personalised virtual shopping experience for you!

1. How much does a rack cost and how long is the booking period?
You can choose your rack rental from the below options:
- 1 week rental (4 days) $79
- 2 week rental (8 days) $149
You will need to drop your items off on day 1 of your rental, and pick them up on the final day of your rental.
2. What items can I sell?
You can sell any clothes that are in a good condition. This may be brand new with or without tags, lightly worn or well-worn but still in good condition with no stains, marks or damage to the fabric. We may remove items from the racks if they are not in suitable condition.
You can also sell shoes, sunglasses, hats, bags and other accessories. The same standards apply for accessories, they must be in good condition without damage.
3. How many items can I put on my rack?
We recommend up to a maximum of 30 pieces of clothing on a rack. You may include more if you wish, however if the rack is too crowded shoppers will have a hard time browsing your clothes properly and may be deterred. Remember that you can track your sales on the zellr app and can top your rack up throughout your rental period as things sell.
For accessories, you can include up to 5 items.
4. How should I price my items?
We recommend pricing items competitively to maximise sales. We recommend around 25%-50% of the RRP. This can be higher if the item is brand new with tags, or is a current season piece. This should be lower if the item is well worn. If you’re stuck on pricing, we suggest looking to our Instagram to see how other items are being priced. If you’re really stuck – feel free to send us a message!
5. Do you supply hangers?
Yes - we supply all the hangers you will need, and recommend you take your items off your own hangers prior to bringing them in store.
6. When do I need to drop off and pick up my clothes?
We recommend dropping your items off within the first hour of trading on day 1 of your rental. You must pick your clothes up at least 15 minutes prior to the store closing on the final day of your rental period.
If you are unable to pick your clothes up on the final day of your rack, we may charge a $20 fee per trading day for storage. Unfortunately, we need the items collected promptly as we have very limited storage space. If clothes are still not collected after 10 days, we may donate these.
7. Can I discount my rack?
Yes!
If your items are moving more slowly than you had hoped, or your rental period is coming towards the end, you can discount your rack in increments of 10% - 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80%.
The discount applies to the entire rack, and we cannot discount individual items.
